The hirsch opens daily at 4 pm.

Our kitchen-chef starts at 5:30 pm.

Round about 11 pm we will turn off the oven and the chef will go home
or is enjoying a pint at the bar, which means: no more food!

... and at some point the hirsch is closing its doors, too.
